WISE will mobilise 500 women and their children to take part in a stand up moment during a community art performance show

Environment and Development Action (ENDA) and Harambee Africa have organised a youth conference on the MDGs with representatives from across Africa. A stand  up moment will be observed during the conference.

PANE Ethiopia member Zega Leidget will hold poverty discussion with representation from local government, youth, women, children, and slum dwellers.

PANE has collaborated with the Council of Muslims in Addis Ababa to hold stand up moments  in more than 140 mosques in Addis Ababa.

Organised in collaboration with the Ministry of rural and agricultural development and UN agencies there will be poverty speeches and stand up events. There will also be arts and sports performances.

More than 200 PANE member organisations all over Ethiopia (NGOs, trade unions, etc) will stand up with their staff and constituencies. These organisations include:
